All export orders are processed after confirmation of:

  • Final product specifications

  • Quantity and packaging details

  • Payment terms (as agreed)

  • Shipping method and destination

Order processing time typically ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on product type, order volume, and compliance requirements.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently export products to the following regions:

  • GCC Countries

  • North America

  • Europe

  • Oceanic Countries

3. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple international shipping options based on customer requirements:

  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)

  • Air Freight

  • Courier / Express Services (for samples or small consignments)

Shipping method, carrier, and route are finalized in mutual agreement with the client before dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Chosen shipping method

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Port or airport conditions

Estimated delivery ranges:

  • Air Freight: 5–12 business days

  • Sea Freight: 20–45 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Local taxes and regulations

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. PSJ Overseas is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

6. Packaging & Documentation

We ensure:

  • Export-grade packaging

  • Compliance with international shipping standards

  • Accurate documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if required), and other export documents

Special packaging requests can be accommodated upon prior discussion.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once the shipment is dispatched:

  • Tracking details or Bill of Lading / Airway Bill information will be shared with the client

  • Clients can track shipment status via the respective carrier

8. Delays & Force Majeure

PSJ Overseas is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Port congestion

  • Political or regulatory changes

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Force majeure events

We will, however, proactively communicate and assist wherever possible.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of damage or loss:

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supporting photos and documents may be required

  • Resolution will be handled in coordination with the shipping carrier and insurance provider (if applicable)
